Background

Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre has been committed to promoting the development of local organic agriculture and organic certification, and popularizing organic green culture throughout Hong Kong.

Aim

• Increase students’ awareness of climate change and food security issues.
• Equip students with core organic farming skills, demonstrating how organic agriculture contributes to ecosystem preservation, biodiversity protection, and carbon emission reduction.
• Foster a carbon-conscious mindset, encouraging them to adopt sustainable practices in school, at home, and in daily life.
• Cultivate students’ capacity for green advocacy and leadership across school campuses, local communities, and online platforms.
