HKORC is comprised of the Governing Board, Executive Committee, Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre Certification Limited (ORC-Cert) and Office Staff. The main duty of the Governing Board is to monitor HKORC’s operation and formulate the direction of HKORC’s development. ORC-Cert and the Executive Committee are set under the Governing Board. ORC-Cert is responsible for the provision of certification service and its operation is independent. The Standard Board and Certification Board are set under ORC-Cert for formulating the organic standards and making decisions about certification status respectively. The Executive Committee is responsible for managing the Office Staff in the implementation of fund-raising and educational and developmental programme and assisting the administration of ORC-Cert.
