HKORC devotes herself in increasing the awareness of farmers, consumers and the general public about the role of certification in the production and marketing of organic products, and promoting the sustainable development of organic farming in Hong Kong so as to ensure a safe and quality food supply and an ecologically balanced living environment for our future generations.

Please make crossed cheques payable to “Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre Certification Limited” and mail them to Room 209, 2/F, East East Harbour Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre Certification Limited; or please transfer the above amount directly to our Hang Seng Bank account (Account No.: 789-238-490-883) and mail/email the deposit slip back to our company.
Donors' Charter
In order to enhance the service quality and ensure the rights of donors are under protection, we promise to obey the ”Charter of Donors’ Rights” below:
- To understand the service purposes of the organization.
- To ensure handling donation with loyalty and legality.
- To request consulting auditor’s report of organization when reasonably necessary.
- To request appropriate acknowledgments or rewards, e.g. issuing receipts.
- To enjoy the rights to know the organization fund-raising representative, staff, volunteers or employed agent’s identity.
- To expect organization representatives behave with politeness and loyalty.
- To enjoy the right to know the identity of organization members.
- To ensure personal privacy is under protection.
- To obtain prompt, sincere and certain response if have enquiries of donation issues.
